A little while ago I built an absolutely massive Lego person!                            Surprisingly, the model took a quick 30 minutes to build, not including the head; the head itself took about 10 minutes. This is obviously not the best head I've ever made. For one, you can see one pupil is round and the other is square; this was unintentional. If you look at the picture, you can see a mini fig at the bottom, which is 4cm high. There are many facts to this person, and I'm going to tell them to you! (Just to let you know a mini fig is a little Lego person, like in the picture). #1. The weight of the giant is exactly 574g. #2. Its height is about 38cm. #3. It weighs 114 times heavier than a mini fig. #4. It is 10 times higher than a mini fig. #5. A mini fig weighs 5g. The last fact wasn't a fact about the big person at all. Somewhere down our street there have been electrical technicians working on something; I have no idea what. Anyway, because of this they had to turn the whole street's electricity off. And that included us. 😱 The workers said that the construction would be anytime between  8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. At about 9:00 AM I was doing my schooling when without a sound, the lights went off. Then it turned very dark (as it says in the title). Because it was a very rainy day, there were a lot of clouds in the sky, which made it a lot darker inside. Mum let us finish our school work ealier because it was quite hard to see in the dark, and did I mention that we were working by candlelight? Well I wasn't, I was working with a torch, 🔦 but my brothers were. As this was all going on, we put a fire on in the fireplace for some light and warmth (because we couldn't turn our heaters on). Mum usually doesn't let me but on this day she allowed me to play Lego in the front room (where the firep...

Just a little while ago I made a massive Lego Titanic without instructions.  I made it in about 40 minutes but improved it over a few days. This model looks a lot longer than it originally was. On the day I began making it, my siblings were having a bath, and I think you know what happened next. Of course I put it in the bath! Sadly though it didn't float; instead it just toppled to the side (which was really annoying) and all the chimneys fell off. The anchor on the right hand side of the boat is made by a handcuff piece that we got from a police Lego set.  I have some pictures of the model outside of the bath for you: When I took it out of the bath it was all wet and dripping, so I had to leave it in the bathroom for another day to dry.
