Indoor Skydiving.

A few weeks ago we went indoor skydiving with our cousin! When we arrrived, we saw people having their turn skydiving; it looked really fun.

The way the skydiving machine works is that a person stands on a net, which has a very, very, very, very high powered fan underneath it that pushes the person upward. The wind moves at a speed of about 160km/hr.

We had special gear: a skydiving suit, ear plugs, protective glasses, and a helmet. Each person had a turn in the huge skydiving cylinder with a professional flyer to help. Each turn was one and a half minutes long, but it felt like I was in there for two seconds, because time flies when you're having fun. 😁

Because it is so loud in the cylinder, the professionals have hand movements to signal to the participants how to manoeuvre their body whilst flying. The hand movements are:
👍 you're doing well,
👆 bring you're chin up,
 ✌ straighten your legs,

and there are a few more but I have forgotten them and don't have the emojis for them.

Here's a video of me indoor skydiving. You might be able to see the man in red telling me to perfect my body position, and also see my checks flopping a bit. 😂😂😂😂
